How much does pressure washing cost in the DMV?

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — DMV Pressure Pros carries full general liability insurance and is licensed to operate in Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance to any HOA or property manager on request.
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses high water pressure for hard surfaces like concrete and brick. Soft washing uses low pressure with biodegradable cleaners — required for siding, roofs and painted wood so we don't damage the surface.
Do I need to be home for service?
No. As long as we have outdoor water access and gate codes if needed, you don't have to be home. We'll text photos when we finish.
Will the chemicals harm my plants or pets?
We pre-soak landscaping, use plant-safe biodegradable detergents, and rinse thoroughly. Pets should stay inside during service and for one hour after.
How often should I pressure wash my house?
In the humid DMV climate, most homes benefit from a soft wash every 1–2 years. Driveways and decks typically once a year. Roofs every 3–5 years.
